Fine young lad in his wet speedos. When I was his age I used to to wear speedos the only snag was I was rather large for my age and was very aware of my large bulge and other boys looking at me which meant I kept getting erections and had to spend more time in the pool than I should. The only solution was to wear shorts which gave me some room for my large cock to move about, but I hated wearing shorts and still do and I am glad to say I now wear speedos but the bulge is not so big these days
