masturbation? it doesn’t wreck my teeth. but, maybe ice cream. but, the dao of it is that i can’t eat ice cream and jerk off, or listen to alban berg and jerk off. the ice cream is distracting and the berg is more interesting. so, maybe a site like yours — fockusing the concentration — is, as they say, eye-candy?

the “prince of nothing” triology by R. Scott Bakker, a philosophical approach to the fantasy genre. Highly recommended.

Brasyl by Terry Gilliam (seen it as a kid. It influenced my taste of films a lot)
Yurîka by Shinji Aoyama (3 1/2 hours, black and white, not a lot of dialogue, but still one of the best films I’ve seen yet)
L.I.E. by Michael Cuesta (beside the ending)

Well, by everything I mean just the stuff I know from his immense work. The three essay collections Grimassen, In dieser großen Zeit, Vor der Walpurgisnacht, Sittlichkeit und Kriminalität and Unsterblicher Witz.
I didn’t read all the essays in those books, and I don’t like all of them equally, but they always give me something.
