Finding the perfect Canvas: Priceless
Salut, dear reader! milkboys is a blog dedicated to the beauty and singularity of teenage boys. Our goal is to collect, perpetuate and exhibit pieces of art and documentation related to them on one hand and to give teen boys a place to hang out and look at other boys without feeling guilty about it on the other. Please refer to our FAQ if you have further questions. Enjoy your stay, leave comments, have some hot chocolate and link us on your blog! Thanks :o)
You found a news story or article that fits in here? A cool video on YouTube, some neat pictures, a piece of art or anything else that you want to share with the milkboys readers? Go ahead and give us a heads up about it here!

Very, very beautiful : the delicateness of the body, and the awsome painting graphic. Many Thanks, Claude

It must just be me because if my son was painted like that I would tell him to wash it off straight away.
The ‘colour’ used is unimaginative and dull and the ‘artwork’ could have been done better by a trained chimpanzee.

@AbeOrigine
and exactly this attitude tells me you’re old enough to have kids
about 11 months ago
@adelmus I didn’t know having kids was such a crime and yes more than old enough and still old enough. I have 2 boys and 2 girls. I am divorced because I am bi-sexual. Anything else you want to moralise about?
I appreciate children I don’t lust after them and being bi-sexual doesn’t make me a bad person….does it?

@adelmus I forgot to mention I have been old enough to have kids since I was sixteen and capable enough since I was 12 how old are you? You don’t come across as a confused 10 year old!

I guess what adelmus meant was that your statement was a bit stuffy, not that it’s a crime to have kids.

@elijah perhaps you and adelmus are right the comments may appear stuffy but I’ve seen so many good examples of art on this blog that I felt this particular one was a little bit of a let down. I try to tell the truth and happily acknowledge beauty within art but I feel if something (in my mind) is inadequate, inappropriate or as I feel in this case unworthy of the canvas, then I should comment with honesty.
I only commented because everybody else said how they admired it, quite frankly I didn’t! Sorry

in this instance, personally, the art is what is under the paint.

@Stormofthefirefly Very diplomatic and very true, ‘it’ should be enhanced and not detracted from.

I think this is just super cute. Adorable.

very very nice – nice model and interesting painting
Thanks

In this case, the painting is quite accessory I think, it just puts the emphasis on the beauty of the boy. I would love to see more of him too…
