whaa? Do you know anything about law deebee?

If you are innocent, you prove that the others are liars. If your GUILTY, you SHOW KINDNESS AND DEFUNCT facts presented.

The fact that he didn't back down, he ousted the extortionists and all, that shows that it was ok.

:: R.I.P. MJ, the entertainment world just took a turn at an empty, misty night-time traffic intersection; as is your spirit which you had shown us ::

But lets flip those accusers situation around, these people had other backgrounds for extortion or equil morally leveled actions and that shouldn't mean there's a chance they are doing it now.. Um.. Honestly, I am willing to bet a helluvalot that he loved boys - at the same time I really think the people that he tore up in court were not good people.

Don't defend a bigger imperfection from a smaller one, we're all pretty damn imperfect..

He is recieved.
Hotel Excelsior
Anhalter Straße 6

It was discrete, it was posh - the DDR didn't like it, so it was discarded.
Not so many miss it...

Michael created beauty in a world that needs it very badly.

The (partial) conversion to Islam was of the Sufi variety; love and service, forbearance and gentle words. I suited him.

Rape, pedophilia?
Sorry, pedophilia and rape are another thing.
The young man Michael was accused to be intimate with is 15 now and was 13 back then.
I'm not into infantilizing people to the point of not recognizing that there's a huge difference between a 13 year old and a 5 year old. There are a lot of movies about boys of that age making love to women. They're comedies, it is considered a cute first time and the boys are as happy as they could be. But what if the boy wants a man? Suddenly the boy is not anymore an active partecipant with agency but an innocent baby raped by a pedophile.

In my opinion people know well that boys that age mostly think about jerking off and doesn't believe for a second they're vulnerable puppies that might be harmed by sex. It's just homophobia. Only that would explain the irrational reactions that are more about feeling good at attacking someone you think is bad rather than about protecting anyone. What angers me is that making a tragedy of petting with a 13 year old is disrespectful of real pedophilia victims like sodomized and beaten daily, mostly by a parent, three year old girls.
It's like calling a pat on the bottom rape.

I have never talked with anyone who claim to had consensual sex with an adult when they were 5 year old and to remember it fondly. I have known and talked with dozen and dozen of people who claim to had their first sexual experience at age 12 or 14 with a much older person and to remember it with tenderness and to be still friends with that person or to be still a couple. It's so natural that people are not afraid to talk about it or to write about it in books, blogs and interviews.

I think it's a myth that Michael Jackson was stripped of his childhood because he was talented and famous.
What childhood? Silly stereotypes, retarded compulsive schooling and being forced to live in triviality and boredome? Who created the myth that children live better closed in a room playing with stupid pieces of plastic instead of putting their heart, effort and motivation into their passions and interests? Having a passion for singing and dancing and being able to express yourself on the stage for the world to see? What childhood could be better? Every person of whatever age needs to have something to live for, something to make waking up every morning worthy. Children too.

Have you noticed that now that young children are more emancipated and have more power due to tecnology, more of them at younger age, prefer to dedicate their days to some passion like singing, dancing, writing, cooking, training, programming, sports (and more) and to socializing a lot more with the world and people of every kind, instead of wasting their time fulfilling the stupid stereotype children have been forced to fulfill, regardless their desire to be humans immersed in a world of humans?

What I can say about Michael Jackson as a human being is that in spite of the fact that he was suffering from a disease that was making his skin white (it's impossible to turn your skin from black to white using whatever surgical or chemical system and there are other black people who became white in the world) and made him intolerant to light, he witnessed personally every inauguration of every hospital he funded against the medical opinion of his doctors that advised him against travelling and exposing himself to the light and climate of those countries.

I'm also not sure what people mean when they say that Michael Jackson was like a child.
Because he was creative and playful? That's not a characteristic of children, many children are not like that.
On the other hand every person, in my opinion, should strive to be like that at whatever age.
Adults need to be stern and uncreative? According to what law of nature?
Because he was sensitive and good at heart? Many children are not like that, I still remember well the 8 year old bastards who made my days at school unbereable with their bullying.
Or is someone claiming that Michael Jackson wasn't good at taking care of himself and his life?
His career proves otherwise, he was extremely organized and responsible, which is how he managed all of his projects, mostly devoted to helping others, with such professionality. Such belief would also be extremely insulting to children, since children can not only be extremely good at taking care of themselves and their lives and extremely good at being organized, professional and responsible; but they can be way better than most adults in those areas too.

Just imagine you're 12, it's the 80s and the very handsome, enormously talented superstar Michael Jackson hits on you... who'd refuse? And if you get to cuddle the great man and sleep in his bed, even better. Then he teaches you how to moonwalk! Then you get a massage... Way cool! Whacko Jacko!

Musical tastes are very subjective. I learned at a young age not to be influenced by whether or not the music was 'cool'. Thriller was good music. It was a very well crafted pop album, thanks to Quincy Jones.
