Austin didn’t know what to wear to his first gay dance last spring. It was bad enough that the gangly 13-year-old from Sand Springs, Okla., had to go without his boyfriend at the time, a 14-year-old star athlete at another middle school, but there were also laundry issues. “I don’t have any clean clothes!” he More >

Salut, dear reader! milkboys is a blog dedicated to the beauty and singularity of teenage boys. Our goal is to collect, perpetuate and exhibit pieces of art and documentation related to them on one hand and to give teen boys a place to hang out and look at other boys without feeling guilty about it on the other. Please refer to our FAQ if you have further questions. Enjoy your stay, leave comments, have some hot chocolate and link us on your blog! Thanks :o)
You found a news story or article that fits in here? A cool video on YouTube, some neat pictures, a piece of art or anything else that you want to share with the milkboys readers? Go ahead and give us a heads up about it here!

I live in Vermont and I’m glad to say that when my state rep voted against the gay marriage bill I sent him a nastygram and guess what, when it came time to vote to override the veto he changed his vote and voted to override, hopefully my letter did some good (it wasn’t really that nasty) our village idiot said on his radio show that him and all the other village idiots are going to challenge this new law in court by saying that one of the main reps that sponsored the bill should recluse himself since he is openly gay and in a homosexual relationship and that is a conflict of interest but if that is the case than all Catholic reps should do so also since their big idiot, Bishop Salvatorie Matanno, was one of the main opponents to it. (I’d hate to see then get excommunicated) I think they’re clutching at straws, this is the law and it’s not about to be changed back.

Comic artist Neil Gaiman, who’s quoted in the Independent article about the UK child pornography legislation, wrote something about that matter a few months ago, which I thought was very conclusive: “Why defend freedom of icky speech?”
