I think you need to see this article. They’re threatening to shut down a church in Australia for not following “Vatican Practices”.

To be fair to the justices in California, it is harder to this particular law to a religious non-profit school. That said, the whole incident is going to be an embarrassment to the school for years to come. The younger generations – especially in San Fransisco – don’t look kindly on people who expel students for their sexual orientation. Any bets on how long it will take for the school to officially apologize?
