But they decentralised the electrical power supply and now people can have as much computers, TVs, cellphones etc. as they want again. By the way: Cuba invests more money in education and health care than any other country in latin america. @Paul

Fidel declared that the greatest natural resource that Cuba has is the people. This is true. I am not surprised that Cuba is doing this. Let's hope it stays a valuable Communist country after Fidel and continues to resist the Evil USA and the terrorists the the USA permits. Never forget that the United States still protects terrorists in Florida. They should be delivered to Cuba to face the justice they deserve. I have been to Cuba and know many Cubans. Many here in South Florida hope that Raul Castro brings more liberty to that country. Today he made it legal for citizens to have cell phones.
