Gee…Joe is way older than the baby Jesus. When he turns 16 in several months, which is the age of consent in NZ, will we cease being pedophiles? If he lived in many places in the EU, where the age of consent is 15, would we not be pedophiles now? Does this mean I have to remove the shrine I have to Joe in the corner of my living room, and, if so, for how long? And how can we stop him from using the gay British spelling of pedophile?

Hmm… I seem not to be able to spell, sorry to all.
The main word is “ephebophile”. Paedophiles are interested in prepubescent kids, we are not, AFAIK.

Well the media thinks a pedo is anyone over 30 that looks at anyone under 20 so I can understand the confusion with the technical meaning of the word. As for Joe, he does look younger than he claims to be.
