Ok, the title was a poor pun :p The clip is a remix of commercials for Cheltenham & Gloucester, a bank in the UK. Thanks for the hint again Rimmer.

    This really was filmed in a big tank of water - no CGI here. In this clip you get to see the diving boy before the filming, and three of the original ads in higher quality.
