Hello, Travis! Check for his CDs on Amazon.com. The US site generally has imports available, if not through amazon then through third parties (including British shops). In fact, if they don’t have it, try Amazon UK (Royal Mail’s small packets rates aren’t exorbitant.
Anyone: If you like any British or Continental bands, even J-Pop, those sites can usually have it delivered to your door.

Johan Palm album: 149 kr = US$22.67
Postage is another matter. Norway Post quotes around US$21 as a surcharge for their SmartPost packets coming into or out of Norway?! The basic rate is included with the packet at US$14.00 but that hold both the single and the album.
It can also be downloaded at iTunes (the Norwegian site).

By was of self correction. Ginza.se is Swedish. It was the bit about the prices being in Crowns that confused me… I’ve the album comming… It was just released, so it might eventually be available through Amazon US.
