That’s hard to video with one hand and maneuver a boogie board at the same time. You got to watch out for people in the water ahead of you, not crash into the guy your filming, or dunk yourself and say good-by to your camera.
Looking beyond the center of attention in the video. A beautiful day at the beach. Water is soooo blue. I want to go.

i kinda liked the original music by Crispy better (if just for this vid). it was much more “bubblegum” and seemed to fit for this vid and a boy that age in this setting (kinda cheery and upbeat, almost early teen spirit).

I’ve never seen anyone catch a wave and stand up on a boogie board. I bet the weight limit is about 80 to 100 pounds (about 35 to 45 kilograms). In Florida, all the surfer kids have regular surfboards. But the waves in Florida are not nearly as nice as the waves in that video — the ride is a lot shorter because the waves break more quickly. Boogie boards are about one tenth the cost of a surfboard, so it makes sense they would use them if they can. Amazing video, Josh.

Waikiki is a pretty fun beach, cus locals do show up and show off; hoping to hook up with the tourist boys and girls. Waves are steady and not too scary…perfect place to spend the day!

i did comment on how much better your music was. and by a lot of the comments, others really liked the video, but didn’t particularly enjoy the choice of music that it was changed too. mr. dinosaur was befiting to this vid in my opinion. it captured the mood w/ a “walking on sunshine” type feel. thx for posting it….to both you and josh!

For those who did not enjoy the music I used, for whatever reason, can any of you suggest something you would like better? Links to sites or videos on YouTube of songs/genres you like would be greatly appreciated, and then I will see what I can do. I would prefer song themes that involve the beach, something fairly lively and upbeat, no violence in the lyrics.
