In this short film from Canada Aaron plays a game of Hide and Seek in which his friend Tony is never found. The mystery of their relationship — and of their queer attachment to the armoire in Aaron’s bedroom — can only be revealed, it turns out, through hypnosis. At once a comedy, a More >

You know those reparative therapy "experts" who influenced the homophobic death penalty legislation in Uganda? For sex and gender minorities, that movement is not led by religious zealots, but by a handful of Toronto psychologists like Kenneth Zucker who still get taken seriously in their field.
In 1973, the American Psychiatric Association (APA) decided that More >

A 16-year-old boy in Ontario, Canada, says he met and fell in love with a 42-year Texas mother of four while playing World of Warcraft. Their chats were sexually explicit, she flew to Toronto, he snuck off there to meet her and escape in her rented car. He’s home now, and reportedly playing WoW again. More >

Sex offender lists are stupid per se. But did you know that the best represented age group on them is 14?
Consider two young people, confused by their own budding sexuality, curious as to the dynamics of sex, terrified by it, but drawn to it anyway. Nature, or God, if you prefer, built the human More >

Oh boy, I just read a column by Canadian author Cory Doctorow. He got a shitstorm of anger from teachers, students, parents, and librarians because he dared to write about a 17 year old boy having sex and drinking a beer. I really should know better by now but still… the fact how things like More >

Two twins who downloaded a variety of shota materials have been jailed for possessing “virtual child pornography,” with the judge condemning them for “victimising” imaginary children. The men, both 20 and residents of the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, were reported to police by a sister-in-law after she came across “distressing” images on their computer. More >

Thanks for the idea memnoch :)

THAT was very beautiful.
Did he actually leave the genders unchanged from the original? If so, Bravo!

WOW, thanks for this, what a truly beautiful voice he has. A rare treat these days where boys are not encouraged in vocal performances in the way that they used to be. There are a few exceptions like Troye Sivan, Libera and now Elie Dupuis. Thanks again.

@ Declan:
Indeed,he left the gender of the original lyrics unchanged, it was sang by a French lady named Sheila during the sixties.
By thw way, the boy seems to be quite popular here in Quebec, quite weird to see that the first time I hear about him is from a German…

@ guilga:
It’s not that weird. Josh has mad connections, yo ;)
And thanks for the info. I get a little annoyed/disappointed when singers change the pronouns on their covers. This Elie is quite admirable and should be lauded for not doing that. I like him even more now.

This version of Bang bang is absolutely amazing. Josh, you have excellent taste.
I liked the one by Nancy Sinatra quite a lot, but this greatly surpasses it.

Wow that was absolutely beautiful! I’ve never heard of him so I had to look him up after hearing this. He’s sang a few other songs, mostly random things on televised performances. I know French so I was able to understand them. Another song you guys should look up by him is “The Great Escape”. It’s actually in English.
