Too bad i was not around to see this happen. I would have probably put Officer “dickhead” Riviera on his big fat ass. He is obviously a mental case . Most likely Bi-Polar. Did you notice the change in his demeanor towards the end? He needs meds bad. Throw in a good ass whooping to teach him to abuse his authority. lol

Most of the officers in Baltimore are fine individuals btw guys. I went there for a few days this past summer . He represents a very small minority of asshole cops .

Well I am for Michigan in the US… We have three different Type of cops. The is The Sheriffs, County Police, & Township Police… Non of which drive clown cars like that… LOL

I must say though. The Township Police in my Township are rude as hell. I have Had run ins with them to many times. The most recent one was when my Boyfriend and I were sitting at the Airport Viewing Area and The Cop Came up and was getting rude with me so I got cocked a “Tude” right back at him… I was 17 at that time and he really didn’t scare me with his threats of locking me up because I knew I wasn’t doing anything wrong. LOL

But yes it is sad that the People we look to help us Bullies most people because they are the authority..
