I think this is from “Lakki – the boy who grew wings”,a Norwegian movie. geoffkhere is correct the stills are from “Lakki”. But the plot you describe is for the 2009 French film “Ricky” by Francois Ozon in which a baby boy sprouts wings a few months after birth. The mother and sister of the boy have to deal with handling an infant who can fly. Somewhat less darkly themed than “Lakki”.

Josh, thanks so much for posting this challenge. Through it, I was able to get to know the pictured actor Janus Dissing Rathke. Without a doubt, he’s a beautiful boy.
Not only this, but I also decided to see Drømmen (“Der Traum” in German), where he’s the lead character. It is such a great Danish movie and I highly recommend you to see it, if you haven’t done that yet. I imagine you will like it as much as I do, considering it features a truly stirring story and awesome Janus. Oh and more handsome Scandinavian boys are in there, too. ;-) Considering your previous reviews, I think the movie is worth being featured at milkboys. How do you think about this?
