Just recently I saw a ton of pix with tattooed genitals. This is harmless, really. Some of the shit I saw…. *shivers* And this one looks to be just painted on at least. He seems a little lost :D
Find the guy with the red paint on his hands, and ask him what happened.

Observations; There is also naked female just off the left side. Everyone in the photo has a camera in their hand. Day bikers in the back round. Out side in public. Conclusion, a public event where it is expected to see something worth taking a picture. My guess would be an outdoor performance of Madam and Mister Butterfly in the nude.
Looks a little bit like the boy in “Whole new Thing”.
Maybe it’s some kind of protest against fur clothes.
When my page first opened, all I saw was the face – thought, gack it’s a gurl and what’s up with Josh!!!!!!!!! .
Could be that his boyfriend was wearing lipstick ?????

Maybe he was drunk at a friend’s party and they stripped him naked, painted on him and placed him in the middle of a busy street.
