So Geoff totally got me into the whole Colour Lovers thing and I found myself playing around with colours, palettes and patterns for hours. It’s pretty interesting to see an image in another way than we usually do. If you look at a photo of a boy it’s, naturally, the model that catches your attention but it can give you a whole new idea of the power of a piece of art if you don’t just look for the subject but also for details – like colours. The palette below was inspired by the image above :)

Harry, funny. I wwas expecting that too :) there were some very very raunchy color climax flicks. Although I’ve just seen a glimpse.
Adobe has something similar at their kuler web site. It isn’t as socially active (if that’s the right term) as the Colour Lovers site, but it does have the advantage of allowing you to download ASE (Adobe Swatch Exchange) files for Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign.
NM. Was poking around the CL site and noticed you could do the same thing in many more formats.

<3 COLOURlovers! I am glad someone else like it too. I was gonna try kuler but they wanted me to download a whole bunch of shit and I didn’t want to so I found COLOURlovers. It’s every inspirational when you need it.
You can take a pallets and see what they look like in different patterns too.
