Jeroen @ Milkyboys posted on his Milky Book that there was new features coming just a few days ago, but then he made it out like he had been planning to drop it and he dropped his Twinkyboys site as well, which people paid for 6 months i think. Shame, great site (Of course not as great as another Milk boys related blog i know)
We may too often ‘only’ be “bloggies” who internet stroll, trawl, copy, and comment. But sites like milkyboys and this one saved my life. Destroyer magazine changed my life by introducing me to web logs and their value as I had dismissed them out of hand. [And I loved 12chan and am glad it is back for now.]
Is it just me, or did Jeroen’s notice read a bit like… “So yeah… I felt like messing around and making some fake friends, just to see if I could. I wanted a site with lots of visitors, and since I reached my goal, I’m off to do other stuff. F*ck you guys. Have a nice day.”
Maybe it’s just a bad translation, but it just seemed very thoughtless. I hope English not being the native language was at fault, as opposed to actual carelessness.
